Flexion Distraction Technique

Here at Central Health, we are one of the few providers of flexion distraction therapy.

This technique is gentle, effective, and requires no popping, twisting, or pushing on the lower back.

It is also the gold standard conservative treatment for disc injuries, disc compression, and pain radiating into the legs, such as sciatica.

Chiropractic Adjustment: High Velocity

The high velocity, low amplitude chiropractic adjustment is the foundation of chiropractic care.

At Central Health Chiropractic, our doctors train heavily in techniques that yield the highest positive results from the lowest force possible to the human body.

These techniques include the Diversified, Thompson, and Gonstead methodology.

Extreme Adjusting

Extremity adjusting is also an option here at Central Heath Chiropractic. Dr. Jake has experience in treating a wide range of conditions. These include carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, and osteoarthritis.

He also treats frozen shoulder, upper extremity radiculopathy (radiating pain into the arms), and lower extremity radiculopathy (radiating pain into the legs). For additional conditions, call today!

Activator Technique

If you are not comfortable with other styles of adjustments, Dr. Jake is also comfortable with the Activator Technique.

This involves using a spring-loaded instrument to deliver a quick, gentle impulse at the desired restriction point that produces no release.

In other words, the activator technique will not crack your spine.

Cupping

Central Health Chiropractic offers cupping therapy as part of its holistic approach to pain relief and wellness.

Cupping is an ancient technique that uses suction cups to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension, and reduce inflammation. This treatment can help patients experiencing chronic pain, stiffness, or stress-related discomfort by encouraging blood flow and promoting natural healing.
